Renting of Laser Machines *NEW

We have introduced a new program of renting our portable fiber laser machines here in Singapore! The program was started several months ago and was well met. Several companies have already rented our standard fiber laser marker for trial. They are used for both industrial and research applications like laser marking of logo and bar codes on their products, and using laser to excite bio-electrical tissue circuit samples in the lab. It is an exciting time for the usage of laser! We have also rented our UV desktop laser machine to do marking on plastic materials with clear black marking. Our end users are quite happy with the results that they have placed several orders for the laser machines! Training is included in the rental. Laser Diode Modules

Nd:YAG laser gain module with continuous or pulsed diode pumping. The laser gain module is designed for solid state laser systems for a wide range of application. The product scope includes both pulsed and continuous laser gain modules. The systems are liquid-cooled. Now also available: Tm:YAP crystal rod inside generating 1925nm wavelength for medical applications ! We also help companies to integrate into a DPSS laser cavity by offering other parts of the laser head such as output cou[pler, back mirror, red laser guide, the rail and marking head.

Fiber optic cables

High Power (HP-) Silica Cables are assembled with innovative HP-SMA-connectors made with inner Copper ferrules for free fiber end position and capable for durable delivery of laser power of high intensity in pulsed or cw mode in the range below 1kW (cw). Super High Power (SHP-) Silica Cables could deliver up to several kW from Diode and Solid State lasers resulting from their assembly with a larger size SHP-connectors of special design with diameter spans 2.5, 4, 10 and 15mm - or with Mitsubishi connectors of D-80 and D-200 types.

Bespoken SHP-connector design may include Copper ferrule protection by Sapphire rings to prevent Copper evaporation by intensive laser beam. HP- and SHP-cables can be protected by polymer coated metal armor or MKS-jacketing (Stainless Steel / Kevlar / Silicon) for durable protection of silica fibers inside – which diameter spans from 100μm to 2mm. In-house technology of precise assembly allows to assembled single HP & SHP-cables with a length from 50mm to 100m.

STHR-OL series Picosecond DPSS Laser sources 1064nm, 355nm *NEW

The STHR-OL series, High-Power Picosecond Ultrafast Laser is a compact and powerful, hybrid fiber/free space amplified ultrafast laser. With pulses shorter than 10 ps, this laser is ideal for fast, high precision micro-machining and material processing of any material. The robust Olive-1064-10 combines the advantages of fiber laser technology with solid state diode pumped free space amplification. Compact and water-cooled, this laser is low maintenance and easy to integrate with other equipment. Available with single or multiple wavelength combinations. Average powers of 0.7W, 2W, 10W, 20W, 30W and 50W configurations available!
