ABSTRACT:
In a TEA CO2 laser, the most important influence on the
discharge is the dissociation of dioxide carbon. By adding
assistant gases into the laser, the discharge characteristics are
improved. In this paper, we have analysed and calculated
the dissociation rate of CO2 and made the theoretical
analyses and experimental researches of the influence of
gases CO and H2 on the discharge in detail.
