STV Series High Power Fiber Coupled Diode Lasers

 

 STV-DLF seSTV-DLF sries is a high power fiber coupled diode laser with multiple options and combinations of output powers, wavelengths and fiber sizes. You can acquire a single diode laser module or a turnkey system that is integrated with a laser module and peripheral components; such as the controller, power source and cooler.

 

The diode laser module consists of a high-power, semiconductor laser stacked array and optical components that enable the beam to be efficiently coupled into a detachable and interchangeable, single step index fiber. Fiber diameters range from 600 microns to 1200 microns with output powers from 300W to multiple kW. Fiber length up to 50 meters and longer allow remote and flexible laser power delivery.

 

Customized systems are available upon request and may include processing optics for laser welding, cladding, cutting and high speed scanning. Aiming lasers and monitoring sensors, such as cameras and pyrometers, are available to complete the system. “Fail-Safe” technology ensures reliable and safe operation. The high integration of the lasers ensures minimal installation time and greater uptime. We offer a wide range of controllers which can be customized to your needs. Options include micro controllers, PC controlled units or we can integrate standard industrial controllers that are used elsewhere in your operation. The system is capable of managing individual and multiple units simultaneously.

 

Our fiber coupling delivers a uniform laser beam directly to the work piece, thus eliminating the cost, complexity and risks associated with mounting the diode laser head to a robot or gantry.

STV Series High Power Fiber Coupled Diode Laser

 

STV-DL Series Diode Laser is a cost-effective, turnkey platform for operating a variety of diodes. The 19” housing includes a fiber coupled diode and power supply/driver electronics. Its microprocessor-controlled cooling system adapts the temperature of the diode to the output power, thus stabilizing the wavelength. We can provide an off-the shelf solution or build a custom system that meets your needs, using diodes with output powers up to 250W. Air cooling is available for modules with output powers up to 50W. Systems with higher output powers are tap water-cooled. The DL series is a versatile low cost alternative to “doing it yourself.”

ST Series High-Power Fiber-coupled Diode Lasers

 

ST series high power and extremely compact and modular diode laser system significantly lowers the operating costs for energy and maintenance (e.g. 20% energy saving at 8 hours operating time compared to fibre lasers). These lasers are used for welding and cutting applications of plastics and metal as well as in many other manufacturing processes (e.g. annealing, tempering or soldering).
